IATSS Forum

Hello everyone.

My name is Hiroyuki Kaneko. I have been assigned to this post as a successor of Mr. Kurafuji, the former General Manager of the IATSS Forum. I feel a sense of big responsibility to be the General Manager of the IATSS Forum, which has served as a place for nurturing promising young professionals for the last 30 years.

At my previous workplace, I sent some of our young HONDA members to the IATSS Forum as trainees. I understood the value of the Forum training program based on the tremendous changes in those young members upon their return.

Because of this, I feel like the IATSS Forum is a familiar place to me, and even feel a sort of destiny in my appointment here. As such, I would like to operate the IATSS Forum in the best way for everyone involved such as the Forum participants, lecturers, and local volunteers.

Keeping in mind the IATSS Forum motto, “Thinking and Learning Together”, I have determined myself that I will act and contribute to the constant evolution of the IATSS Forum.

For those of you who have supported the IATSS Forum for years, I would like to ask for your continuous support and cooperation.
