IATSS Forum has certainly had a lasting and memorable impact on me in the way I have come to appreciate the finer details of a simple task to now enjoying a daily cup of green tea since 2004, the year I was in Japan. I am grateful for the unique insight it gave me into so many aspects of a country, unlike any other.
