IATSS Forum

This is the great program where I have received deeper understanding of the Japanese cultural background, technologies, know-how, management concepts, policy formulation of the governments & all the leadership skills. On the other hand, I have several chances to know about the DNA of Mr. Honda Soichiro & Honda Giken Company. Through 55 days of the Leadership Skill Training, I have acquired both academic & practical knowledge of  Japan. Moreover, IATSS Forum gives me the closed connection of the Japanese ways of life through the closed communication of the Japanese Local Community. After 17 years of my participation at IATSS Forum, I realized that it influenced & contributed my business life. Soon after I came back from IATSS Forum, I have started the Alumni Association & I became the first President of the Alumni Association for about 7 years.
