IATSS Forum

IATSS Forum trained me various skills on leadership, facilitation, presentation, time management, performance, map using, cooking, and so on. During my days at IATSS Forum, I could learn Japanese way of thinking, working in a team with different background and different personality and Japanese culture.

I could build the good network among Japanese and ASEAN friends and it is continuing until now. All the knowledge and skills gained from IATSS Forum and network are very useful for my personal life and career life. These all supported me to work as Technical Advisor for international organization and I could participate for the private sector development of Myanmar and region. I am assisting as Country Secretariat of IATSS Forum Myanmar Committee and supporting IATSS Forum Alumni Association since I back from IATSS Forum in 2010.
