Hello Everyone!
This is Meenoy , from Laos (^_^)
To all 59th batch crew and IATSS Forum staffs, I miss you so much!
It has been more than a month that we left from Suzuka. However, I’m still remembering our life in Japan quite clearly. It was one of my best valuable times in my life to get this opportunity to be a part of 59th IATSS Forum for nearly two months in Japan. The program was very well designed which included many various activities to challenges all participants to discover ourselves, to define our own meaning of leadership, to collaborate, to learnt together, to help each other, to love each other as brothers and sisters.
IATSS Forum is also the best platform to practice our leadership skills through working with multi-culture and diversity as well other skills such as facilitation, team work, problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills to complete all of our group activities and grow together. On the other hand, it was not only giving the hand on experience on how to be a good leader. But I had also found myself what is my real me. It was the good time to reflect myself and discover who am I? which can help me a lot to improve my own to become the better version of me.
Finally, I would like to thanks IATSS, all lectures, Japanese volunteers, my host family, IATSS Forum staffs and my 59th batch sisters and brothers for whole 57 days that we spent times together in Suzuka. Last but not least, Thank you Honda to give me this wonderful chance to be a part or this program. It would be one of the most wonderful memories for me that I will never forget it forever.
