Hello everyone, I am Wan Xin from Malaysia.

I always contemplate the purpose of my existence in life. It cannot be just about personal pursuits. It has to be a balance of self actualisation, contribution to the family, and service to the community. With this in mind, I am deeply honoured to be selected for the 60th IATSS Forum. I look forward to the many interactions and a-ha moments, that help me to better understand the needs of today's world, the ongoing good works of other people, and during the process, have greater clarity of my strength and my passion. I cannot wait to meet all my fellow participants, to learn from them and to learn together with them. I look forward to the insights that we will accumulate, skills we will sharpen, network we will build, and dedication we will cultivate.

I will "empty my glass", keep an open mind, a fresh pair of eyes and a humble attitude. I will be curious, positive and keep an appreciative mind to learn from everyone that I will meet. I will seek first to understand, and then be understood. I will set specific goals for myself, to remind myself the reason to come for the programme.
