Hello all! This is a voice from Cambodia, Phallin. I am extremely happy to get an opportunity to unlock my mind to the other new world and meet potential participants and great organizers/professors in Japan. I am looking forward to learn, share, contribute to this wonderful leadership training program. It will be a great time to experience different cultures, lifestyle, and knowledge from people that have various backgrounds. Even though, we have diversity in faith, gender, age, and where we come from, but I strongly believe that we all have shared the same goal and mindset. The mindset to learn and grow together and make our society a better place to live in sustainable way. It is the first time for me in Japan. A lot of thing that I want to observe. I want to know and explore about the culture, lifestyle, people mindset, and more things. I hope I could learn many good points from this country and customize to make it fit to Cambodia. I believe that joining this course will bring me a positive impact on my whole life and society. Thanks to people that contribute to my success and all that will support me in the nearest future. I am counting down the day to join the course and see you all very soon!!!
