Namaste! Very warm greetings from India! I am Amit, I belong to state of Jharkhand in India. I feel very privileged for being selected as one of the participants in 59th ITASS Forum and would like to thank each one of the individuals for making it possible for me. Presently, I am working in Corporate Social Responsibility wing of Tata Steel where my key area is working with youth and women. My professional life has kept me very busy and I look at this opportunity as exciting break from my work and get exposed to all together a new learning and experience. Thinking of going to Japan is very exciting for me as I have never been to any foreign country. I have heard about its rich culture and how as country it has rebuilt itself overcoming the challenges. I would love to learn about the culture and people more and know their stories. At ITASS Forum I look forward to meet the young leaders who come from very different back ground as country and culture. I believe their rich diverse back ground and experiences will give me lot of learnings to take back. The whole program schedule for 55 days is another part which makes me enthusiastic, the whole idea of ‘Thinking and learning together’ with different sets of learning activities, travels and seminars I feel it will be a great opportunity to enhance my leadership qualities and give me new challenges to become a better person. Looking forward to a whole set of great experiences. See you!
