Hello from Thailand, My name is Tipanun Upanisakorn. I’m currently working at Land Development Department as a Soil Scientist. While I’m writing this massage I’m excited and nervous at the same time. I just cannot believe that I’m the one of participant in IATSS Forum 59th batch and represent Thailand as well. I am excited because I am going to meet with other participants from ASEAN who come from different work field. Sharing and learning with them would be amazing. Especially, Japan; the host country, I am so passionate learning about culture. Japan has a very strong culture and tradition. I am Thai and I grew up with Japanese cartoon. Can you imagine that? I wish I could use scientific knowledge or create a tool bringing science to people in daily life like Japanese cartoon. Two heads are better than one head! Working as a team would help me get closer to my dream.
However, as I mentioned before I am feeling nervous because I wanted to contribute something base on my knowledge and experience to our group as well. So, I hope I can give my best. I believe the program and activities you provided definitely level up our skill and knowledge to achieve our goals. Looking forward to meet you all in Suzuka.
