Hello everyone, Salam Sejahtera.Personally, I am honoured to be chosen for the 49th IATSS forum. This is indeed an incredible opportunity and such an eye-opening experience for me. The knowledge to be gained from this forum in particular the unique culture and lifestyle of Japan would be useful for my professional development, enhance my self-esteem and improve my leadership skills. I must say, I have attended many forums and seminar over the past years but I'm sure none compare to this exceptional programmes and effective presentation by fellow speakers which I am so looking forward to. To fellow participants, I hope to be able to share your experiences and wisdom throughout the session. As saying goes, gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow and so I am, truly grateful and take great pleasure to be part of this forum. Last but not least, I hope to simply enjoy and have fun interacting and learning with fellow participants from various countries throughout this forum.

The 55 days in Suzuka, Japan was a very educational, exciting and memorable experience. It was definitely a great and distinct pleasure to be part of the prestigious IATSS forum. The experiences I got from the forum have broadened my knowledge and strengthened my skills especially in leadership and interpersonal skills. The forum has opened my perspectives towards issues which I face in my daily personal and professional life. The invaluable knowledge that I have gained from the 55 days amplifies my eagerness to learn more and share with my fellow colleagues. This program gives me the confidence to embrace the next adventure in my life especially in regards to fulfilling my career goals.
Besides that, I have shared in a unique camaraderie with everyone in IATSS that will last for a life time. Though miles may lie between us, we are never far apart, for friendship doesn’t count miles, it is measured by heartfelt attachment. Last but not least, bidding adieu was not easy as part of IATSS has grown in me, together forever we shall be, never apart, maybe in distance, but not in the heart.
