Hello everyone みなさん、こんにちは
Let me introduce myself simply to the program. I am Phouthong SORINXAY but please call me in short “TOU”. Being a participant of the 62th IATSS Program is my great honour since this will not only be an extremely valuable opportunity to enrich and enlarge the excellent knowledge of global, regional, and Japanese politics and economics, public administration and policies from comparative, historical and contemporary perspectives, but it is also a gateway to share, explore and exchange views on the Leadership transformation amongst ASEAN friends who have the excellent leadership ideology.
I anticipate this program will provide me with an excellent and timely opportunity for self-development and upsurge capacity to enhance professionally working performance and best practice in the career. Studying and living in Japan even in a short period of time, I will have a good chance to learn more about the Japanese traditional cultures in order to exchange between Japanese and Lao culture as Japan is rich of admirable unique traditional customs and culture.
After a completion of the program, I will return to Lao PDR and provide my innovative knowledge, experiences and lessons learnt from the program to my organization, Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), by organizing the workshop to convey and share all value knowledge and experiences that I gained while living and learning in Japan to my colleagues at the HoHA and vertical line ministry.
Very look forward to seeing you all guys.
Best Regards,
TOU
