IATSS Forum

Hello everyone! It is a great opportunity for me to be selected to join IATSS Forum which is a great leadership program. Moreover, being in Japan will be the first time for me. I am so excited now and looking forward to learning all the new thing both in the program with professional fellow from the 9 ASEAN countries and out of the program in Japan including exploring Japanese culture and life. Most of my works involves with training and practicing Leadership skill and I am also cooperating with a several Japanese companies and Japanese people. Not only that, even I have join several programs with ASEAN Youth, I still eager to learn more from you all, especially with the special leadership program. People have our own leadership style and uniqueness which no one can be the same comparing to one another. Learning is a continuing process in my life. I always learn from everybody, everywhere and every time, that was why the program attracted me so much with the key “Thinking and Learning together”. I am ready to leave my family with the two little kids and colleagues in my wonderful country for 57 days to join the program fully and bring back the new thought and initiative to improve my work, life and country!
